A Foundry 27 Game ยท Rated 16+
Four years.
Ten minutes.
It's Week 3. Your roommate had loud sex again last night. You have a 9am class, a problem set due Thursday, and exactly five action points to spend this week.
Do you study, sleep in, or go to office hours and hope the professor remembers your name? Every choice costs something. Some weeks you can afford both.
The moment before you know who you are.
Undeclared is a college simulation built around the friction of freshman year. You pick a school, a background, a major. Then you live it, sixteen weeks at a time, one semester per run.
The game tracks six stats (intelligence, discipline, charisma, health, mental health, energy), your GPA, your debt, and your burnout. It doesn't tell you what to optimize. It just shows you the transcript.
Some runs you graduate summa. Some runs you barely survive January. Both feel true.
Simple choices. Real consequences.
01
Choose Your Path
Pick your school, background, and major. Each combination creates a different starting position: different strengths, different pressures, different chances.
02
Spend Your Week
Five action points per week. Allocate them across academics, social life, work, and wellness. Every allocation is a tradeoff. There's never enough time for everything.
03
Survive the Events
Twenty types of events interrupt your carefully constructed schedule. Some are funny. Some are brutal. None of them ask permission. Your stats determine how you land.
04
Read the Transcript
Each semester ends with a full accounting. Your GPA, your burnout, your choices. The game doesn't moralize. It just shows you where you ended up. Run it again.
Privacy Policy
We keep this simple because the app is simple. Here's exactly what Undeclared does and doesn't do with your data.
Who we are
Undeclared is a mobile game published by Foundry 27. If you have questions or requests, contact us at jared@foundry27.net.
What data we collect on-device
Your game save (choices you made, stats you earned, school you enrolled in) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. It never leaves your phone. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to see your save data.
That's it. We don't collect your name, email, location, contacts, or anything else.
What third-party SDKs collect
Undeclared uses AppLovin MAX to serve rewarded ads. Rewarded ads appear only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus. You are never shown ads you didn't ask for.
AppLovin may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) to determine which ad to show you. On iOS, this only happens if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt at first launch. If you decline or skip that prompt, AppLovin still serves ads, but they won't be tailored to your interests.
AppLovin's data practices are governed by their own privacy policy: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
Children's privacy
Undeclared is rated 16+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete that information promptly.
This app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, US), the GDPR provisions relating to children (EU/UK), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Your rights by region
California (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Because we don't collect personal information directly, most CCPA requests don't apply to our first-party data. For AppLovin's data, contact AppLovin directly or contact us and we'll help direct your request.
European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR): You have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of any personal data we hold. Again, our first-party storage is local to your device and outside our access. For requests related to AppLovin's data collection, contact jared@foundry27.net and we will assist.
Other US states: As of 2026, Texas, Utah, Louisiana, and other states have enacted additional privacy laws including age verification requirements for certain apps. These requirements are enforced at the App Store download level (Apple verifies age at purchase). We cooperate with platform-level enforcement and do not store age data ourselves.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll include a notice in the app itself the next time you launch it.
