Code, accounts, domains, documentation. Every one of them transfers at handover. Plenty of clients ask us to stay on and keep an eye on things afterwards, and that is a choice you make, never something you are locked into.

Spec
You get the scope in writing, with a fixed price on it, before a line of it is built. Nothing gets made off a conversation, and nothing gets billed by the hour.
Build
We build in weekly pieces you can look at and use. You see working software every week, not a status deck.
Handover
Documentation, training and every key and login. The system is yours. Made-to-last means it keeps running whether or not we are still involved.
